Divisiveness across American politics is at an all-time high and even T-Mobile employees, who are just doing their jobs, are being affected.
A T-Mobile representative that works at one of the company's stores shared a puzzling occurrence on Reddit. Customers have reportedly called the store many times and complained about T-Mobile's actions in supporting President Donald Trump. The callers are particularly unimpressed with the company's donations to the president's ballroom, currently under construction in the White House.
Part of the East Wing of the White House has been demolished for the new project to take its place. T-Mobile was one of many American companies that has donated towards the construction of the ballroom, and its subscribers are not happy about it.
The T-Mobile employee revealed that callers had called them a "bigot", and they had also been yelled at. They went on to further make it clear that neither they nor their coworkers cared about any politics happening at a larger scale. These people are just there to do their jobs and pay their bills.

Employees at T-Mobile's stores face lots of angry customers.
This doesn't affect T-Mobile's customers like you too severely. At most, representatives might be in an angry or depressed state, and not do their jobs as efficiently as they could have. Customer service for you can take a hit, but it won't be anything too major.
The more important lesson to be learnt here is to remember to be kind to the human on the other end of the call. It's common sense that T-Mobile's representatives have no say in political donations for or against your party of choice. Yelling at them for upper management's actions is a very poor way to go about venting your frustrations with the country's heated political climate.
Please don't call customer support representatives of either T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon if you have nothing kind to say or a query that needs solving.
